Primary filters are used for primary filtration of air conditioning systems, mainly for filtering dust particles above 5μm. There are three styles of primary filters: plate type, folding type and bag type. The outer frame materials are paper frame, aluminium frame and galvanized iron frame, the filter materials are non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter material and metal perforated mesh, etc. The protective mesh is double-sided sprayed wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh. This efficiency filter is often used as primary filtration for air conditioning and ventilation systems, but also for simple air conditioning and ventilation systems that require only primary filtration.

G series coarse air filters are divided into eight varieties: G1, G2, G3, G4, GN (nylon mesh filter), GH (metal mesh filter), GC (activated carbon filter), GT (high temperature resistant coarse air filter).

Structure

The outer frame is made up of sturdy waterproof sheets to hold the folded filter media in place. The diagonal design of the outer frame provides a large filter area and allows the inner filter media to adhere tightly to the outer frame. All sides of the filter are glued to the outer frame with a special professional adhesive to prevent air leakage or breakage due to wind resistance pressure.

The outer frame of the disposable paper frame filter is generally divided into a general hard paper frame and a high-strength touch-cut cardboard frame with a pleated fibre filter material lined with a single-sided wire mesh. The filter cartridge is made of pleated fibre filter material lined with single-sided wire mesh. The structure is robust and durable. Primary filter, filter material is in the form of folding into the high-strength touch and cardboard, the windward area increases. The dust particles in the incoming air are effectively blocked by the filter material between the pleats. The clean air from the primary filter flows out evenly from the other side, so that the air flow through the filter is gentle and even. Depending on the filter material, the particle size it blocks varies from 0.5 µm to 5 µm and the efficiency of the filter also varies.
