It not only has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, dimensional stability and high strength of glass fiber fabric filter material, but also because the adhesive layer fiber has a three-dimensional microporous structure, high porosity, and filtration resistance to gas. Since the price of glass fiber is much lower than that of high temperature chemical fiber, glass fiber needle felt is a filter medium with higher performance and price at high temperature. Adhere a layer of PTFE film with a thickness of 8 to 30 μm on the ash-facing surface of the glass fiber needled felt. The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film has a smooth surface and is resistant to chemical substances, and is laminated to the glass fiber needled felt. The surface layer plays the role of a disposable dust layer, trapping all the dust on the surface of the membrane to achieve surface filtration; and because the surface of the membrane is smooth, it has excellent chemical stability, does not age, and is water-repellent, making it trapped on the surface. The dust is easy to fall off, and the service life of the filter material is improved at the same time.
Compared with ordinary filter media, its advantages are:
(1) The pore size of the membrane is between 0.2-3 μm, the filtration efficiency can reach more than 99.99%, and almost zero emission is achieved. The porosity is not changed after cleaning, and the dust removal efficiency is always high.
(2) At the beginning of use, the pressure loss of the film-coated filter material is higher than that of the ordinary filter material, but after being put into operation, the pressure loss does not change much with the increase of the use time, while the pressure loss of the ordinary filter material will change with the use time. increasing and increasing.
(3) In the use of ordinary filter media, dust can easily enter the interior, and accumulate more and more until the pores are blocked, which makes it impossible to continue to use. With PTFE-coated filter material, the filtered dust can be easily removed from the surface of the membrane, the cleaning effect is good, the cycle is long, and the intensity of the cleaning pressure used is low, thereby increasing the service life of the filter material and reducing the operating cost of the product.
