With the improvement of living standards, people’s requirements for air quality continue to increase, and the application scenarios of air filters are becoming more and more abundant. At present, air filters have been widely used in industries such as biology, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, cosmetics, automobiles, precision instruments, medicine, and electronics. To say that the most widely used scenes of air filters are factories, hospitals, homes, and office buildings.

I. Air Filter Application Scenario – Industrial Production

For food, beverage and other factories, the filter in the clean room is an important equipment for purifying the air in the clean room. The presence of air filters can capture and adsorb dust particles of different particle sizes in the air of the factory, thereby improving air quality and optimizing the industrial production environment.

Of course, different factories have different requirements for air quality. For example, in the semiconductor production and pharmaceutical industries, the air cleanliness requirements are relatively high. Therefore, the work room needs to be cleaned continuously with clean air filtered by HEPA filters. In order to maintain the cleanliness and longevity of the HEPA filter, it is necessary to use several pre-filters with lower efficiency in combination. For another example, some factories equipped with smoke exhaust and pollution control equipment need to supplement a large amount of air. If the ambient air in the area where these factories are located is polluted, the supplemental air must be filtered before being distributed to the workplace.

II. Air Filter Application Scenario – Hospital

In addition to production plants, hospitals are also places where air filters are used more often. We know that the sanitation industry is a very large and special industry, and it also requires high air cleanliness. Generally, HEPA filter is not required for filtration, but in special cases such as isolation rooms, specific testing and care areas, HEPA filters are required.

III. Air Filter Application Scenario – Family Residences and Office Buildings

In recent years, as people’s requirements for the quality of life continue to increase, some houses have begun to install air filtration systems. Air filters are also widely used in public buildings such as airports, stations, and office buildings.
