What types of filter bags are there?

The filter bag is a dry dust filter, which is applicable to some fine, dry dust in our country, which is not through fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt, and uses the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the dust containing gas. When the dust containing gas enters the bag filter, the dust with large particles and large specific gravity will settle down and fall into the ash hopper due to the effect of gravity. When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust will be blocked and the gas will be purified. After the filter material is used for a period of time, due to the effects of screening, collision, retention, diffusion, static electricity, etc., a layer of dust is accumulated on the surface of the filter bag. This layer of dust is called the primary layer. In the subsequent movement process, the primary layer becomes the main filter layer of the filter material. Depending on the role of the primary layer, the filter material with larger mesh can also obtain higher filtration efficiency. The filter bag can be divided into five types, of which the ash cleaning method is the main indicator of filter bag classification.

The first type of mechanical vibration filter bag. It is a bag filter, using mechanical devices including manual devices, vibrating the filter bag, and then cleaning the dust. There are two different types of filter bags: non-separation structure suitable for intermittent operation and separation structure suitable for continuous operation.

The second is the air chamber backwash filter bag. It is a compartment structure, which can use the valve chamber to switch the air flow. Under the action of reverse air flow, the filter bag can be deflated or bulged to clean the filter bag.

The third type is blowback nozzle filter bag. Use the high-pressure extender or compressor to provide the reverse blowing air flow, and then use the mobile nozzle to reverse blow, the filter bag will be deformed and swing to penetrate the filter material to remove dust.

The fourth type, vibration, blowback and filter bag. It is a filter bag used in combination with two ash cleaning methods of cyclone vibration and reverse blowing.

The fifth type is pulse injection filter bag. The compressed air is used as the dust removal power. The compressed air is first released at the instant of the pulse blowing mechanism, so that the secondary air is injected into the filter bag at high speed for many times, and then the dust is removed by means of the impact vibration and reverse air flow.
