What matters should be paid attention to when installing the liquid filter bag?

1.) Take out a new filter bag. The new filter bag is sealed in a carton. The unused filter bag must be re-packed into a plastic bag to prevent dust pollution.

2.) Turn off the power supply, stop the pump, and close the inlet and outlet valves (for users who have already used filter bags).

3.) Release the pressure. For safety reasons, make sure that the nozzle is rushing to a safe place. Open the vent valve and slowly reduce the filter pressure (for users who are currently replacing the used filter bag).

4.) Open the lid and make sure that the pressure of the filter cartridge drops to zero and then open the lid. Take out the used filter bag. (For users who have replaced the used filter bag now).

5.) Make sure that the edges of the filter are cleaned.

6.) Check the roundness and edge of the basket. The surface of the upper edge of the mesh basket in contact with the filter cartridge must be flat. If there is no mesh basket or the mesh basket is installed incorrectly, it will cause filter failure.

7.) Install a new filter bag, the filter bag must be inserted into the mesh basket, and the filter bag sealing ring must be seated correctly in the sealing groove.

8.) Check the gasket and select the gasket that is compatible with the fluid. Close the lid, taking special care to ensure the gasket is not twisted or out of the groove when closing the filter lid, and tighten the ring nut clockwise.

9.) Close the exhaust valve and turn on the pump switch. Open the inlet valve and slowly open the valve to observe whether there is leakage. In the event of a leak, immediately close the inlet valve and start over with the outlet valve open.
