Replacement Method

 How to replace the front three-stage filter element:

Water will usually overflow during this process. Please prepare cleaning utensils such as a basin or towel.

a) Turn off the electroplating ball valve and pressure tank ball valve;

b) Open the gooseneck faucet to drain the residual water in the pipeline;

c) After the water no longer flows out, use the filter housing wrench to open the filter housing with the filter element;

d) Take out the old high-flow filter element and install the new filter element of the same specification;

e) Apply lubricant to the black “O” ring above the filter housing, and then put the “O” ring into the groove in the filter housing.

f) Tighten the filter housing in a vertical manner to avoid displacement of the “O” ring as much as possible.

g) Open the electroplating ball valve and the pressure barrel ball valve.

Large Flow Folding Filter Element Disadvantages:

Because of the paper folding of the filter layer, the working pressure generally cannot exceed 0.3Mpa. If the pressure exceeds the pressure, the micropores will expand, and the solids are easy to filter. Especially the working temperature is greater than 60℃, and the recoil effect is not ideal.
